After a rather long back-and-forth with Chinese regulatory authorities, Swiss commodities conglomerate Glencore (NASDAQOTH: GLCNF) has finally received the country's blessing to consummate its planned merger with Swiss mining company Xstrata (NASDAQOTH: XSRAY.PK).
