MSFT, Psftt!

I have watched Microsft (NASDAQ: MSFT) over the years, and honestly believe it is one of the worst managed corporations in the world! The one year chart looks like a picket fence with a downward trend. For a guy like Bill Gates, who is a genius, almost as smart as Dr. William B. Shockley, Noble Laureate in Physics, this company plods along behind APPLE (NASDAQ: AAPL), and GOOGLE (NASDAQ: GOOG), to mention just two. The revenue is over $73 billion this year, and over 94,000 employees compared to AAPL at 60,000.
What has happened to the vision and foresight to this once great, promising company? It has billions to invest and it sits idly in a bank that could be used for acquiring other companies, if, MSFT has run out of ideas. It pays a paltry dividend of 2.6% .
Leadership is "out to lunch."
Bill Gates travels all over the world with his various charitable institutions, receiving great television coverage, and has no time to kick start this company.
In my honest opinion, MSFT price should be OVER $100.00! It closed 9/17/12 at $31.21. The 52 week range is $24.26 - $32.95. The market cap is $261.65 Billion!
I do not own MSFT, and have not owned it in over 5 years, have no intentions of buying it as long as it remains in the doldrums.
Yes! MSFT...Psfttt!
